This automatic machine performs motorcycle fork checking and straightening. Being fully electronically controlled. It features an automatic cycle, a hydraulic pneumatic locking and an immediate presetting tolerance. Being suitable for any kind of motorcycle fork.

Fully automatic inspection of deviations from tolerances by special sensors and correction by hydraulic pushers.

Setting of tolerances on video by a keyboard. Initial situation and final results are shown on the same video.

At the end of the straight/alignment operation, some automatic pneumatic devices go to check if all the small supports are welded and in the right position.

Then the checks data are reported to computer that will decide if the parts is OK or NG.
