Automatic machine to perform steel HB and also prepared for the eventual use of alu HB.

The machine will have double/triple units in order to proceed as follows:

Steel HB – Tube diam.  25,4 reduced to diam. 22,2

• Two double reducing units.
• Two double knurling units.
• Two double press/facing/chamfering units for the ends.
• Two double partial bending units.

Production: 8 steel HB per minute.

Prepared for alu HB – Tube diam. 31,8 reduced to diam. 22,2

• Three double reducing units

Same as over described, but as the tube is diam. 31,8 the machine will use one unit per time (to reduce in two or three different times/steps) , according to type of quality of the alu tubes.
