On the base of experienced Pegasus machine, we have realized this new equipment to be able to weld, without mechanical cams, but by using a programmable “teaching by using‘ computerized system, by copying the profile of the tube to weld. The controlled axes are totally three, and the program is done by a bottom panel; the movement of the torches is programmed and memorized stored, so that it can be recalled every time it repeats. To create a new profile is very fast and easy because it is not necessary to manufacture cams by attempt.
