This machine performs handlebar automatic machining. It can machine one or two pieced at the same time and, if requested, if can perform a single machining on only one tube when the tube tapering needs two reductions. The machine is fully equipped with feeder and it can perform the following:

– tube loading
– positioning of the tube in the center working position
– reducing/tapering of both tube extremities
– knurling of the central part of the tube and marking of the same
– eventual bending of the two extremities
– automatic tube unloading
The cycle time is fixed to 8 pieces per minute by working with 2 pieces per time.
