This automatic machine is designed for the mitering/notching process. It comes with 2 stations for the executions of the machining of the seat tube of the frame. The machine is suitable for the notching process of any types of industries tubes. Featuring 2 horizontal units/stations, it allows the adjustment of the tube and the angle of notching. It combines the notching of extremity with the slotting of the other one. To polish the notching process without any deformation, the 2 units works with rotating punches. If requested, the tube can also be ovalized in the same station before notching. The machine presents hydraulic function and hydraulic clamping as well as manual load and unload of the tube. This machine has an output capacity of 1 tube on 2 extremities every 4 seconds.
